Easy Paleo Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Easy Paleo Buffalo Chicken Pizza - So easy the Kids can make it, so Healthy &Tasty the whole family will love it! www.thehalthnutmama.com

My daughter loves Buffalo Chicken Pizza & it is one of the things she misses. She normally makes her own crust, but recently I found Simple Mills Boxed Pizza Dough at Thrive Market.  You can totally order it from Amazon, but it costs a bit more.  I love all the Simple Mills Products that I have tried so far. They are not AIP, but since we have reintroduced nuts we are okay with it.

This pizza dough is so much easier than making from scratch & it tastes good too! Sometimes, especially when kids are cooking, convenience is a necessity! Now, if she would just clean up her dishes!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  • Heat oven to 350*
  • Whisk ACV, EVOO & Water together in large bowl.
  • Add box of Simple Mills dry mix & stir well until forms a firm dough. (If dough is too dry, add more water, a little at a time)
  • Divide dough in half & roll into 2 balls for 2-8 in. size pizzas
  • I used 2-8 in. cast iron skillets like this.
  • If using cast iron skillet, oil pan & press dough into pan & press down to make dough come up & form an edge.
  • If not, you can use an oiled baking sheet. Lightly oil hands & shape into 8 in. circles with raised edges.
  • If using black iron skillets, bake crust for 8-10 min. If using baking sheet, bake for 5-8 min. then take out & drizzle Red Hot Sauce onto crust.
  • While crust is baking, saute spinach in a pan with EVOO & sea salt & in another pan saute chicken with EVOOsea salt & enough Red Hot Sauce to coat chicken.
  • Add Sauteed Spinach, Chicken. Sprinkle with Feta (optional) if using. Bake for another 10-15 min.
  • Transfer to Plate & cut into 4 pieces. Drizzle with Primal Kitchen’s Ranch Dressing.
  • Enjoy!

If you don’t have a Thrive Membership, you can get a free 30 day trial. Check it out. If you order as much as I do, it pays for itself in your 1st order or two. Plus, for every membership purchased they give a needy family a free membership. And for the month of February if you click on this link to join you will get a free bag of Raw Cashews.

RENEE’! I found you through some Pinterest pins on a blog board and when I saw the dry brushing/himalayan lamp/AIP I had to come to your site! I did AIP for a while, but I ended up having severe histamine intolerance so it became hard for me (I had to be on a few rounds of antibiotics and had C Diff while I was AIP, so my gut got destroyed.. it’s a whole story). Anyway, I am excited to follow you. I blog about sort of similar stuff…self-care, Whole 30 recipes, DIY beauty products with minimal ingredients, meditation, crafting, etc. Anyway just wanted to say hi and this pizza looks amazing!
