Healthy Homemade Paleo BBQ Sauce is perfect for all your summer BBQ’s! We live on the lake so we are always grilling on the grill or smoking something on the smoker. So this past weekend (it was Father’s Day) & my husband had bought some beautiful grass-fed Beef Ribs from our local farmer. So I decided to make my own BBQ sauce. I like knowing that all my ingredients are clean.

This sauce is really good, yet way too spicy for me. Which spices should I cut back on to make it more mild for a lightweight like me?
I would probably cut back or eliminate the cayenne pepper & maybe cut back on the chile powder. But I’m glad you like it! I usually make it half & half, spicy & mild for my family. There’s always someone who doesn’t like it spicy!
I really like this sauce, I’m wondering how long you think it’s good for? Thank you
I’m glad you like it! I have kept it for a couple of weeks, maybe longer.
