Before going AIP Paleo I used to go to Olive Garden just for their bottomless bowl of Salad & Breadsticks. I always craved them but couldn’t eat them anymore. If only they would make their salad dressing with clean ingredients.
So off to the Internet, I go to find a recipe that was similar. After several recipes, this is what I came up with that’s pretty darn close. It’s so creamy & delicious! I don’t miss Olive Garden anymore! (Well, maybe the breadsticks!) I won’t lie!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup. of Homemade Paleo Mayo or Primal Kitchens Mayo
- 1 Tbs. EVOO
- 1 1/2 Tbs. Red Wine Vinegar or ACV (I use vinegar with the mother for extra nutritional value)
- 1/2 Tbs. organic lemon juice
- 1 tsp. organic dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. organic basil
- 1 tsp. organic onion powder
- 1 tsp. organic garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. organic oregano
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 Tbs. Nutritional Yeast (can add more if you like)
Tools Needed:
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a glass measuring cup or glass jar with wide enough opening for the blender to fit in.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve over your favorite salad or can store it in the fridge for a few days.

Paleo Creamy Italian Salad Dressing

Ingredients
