If you haven’t made this Easy Homemade Guacamole, then you need to give it a try! This is by far one of my favorite go-to snacks! I can whip it up in a matter of minutes. Also, perfect for last-minute get-togethers. It is Paleo, AIP friendly, Whole 30, Gluten-Free, Keto & Vegan. The perfect food!

I love anything avocado! I eat it on salads, I fry it up as a side for breakfast, and slice it to serve on my Portobello Rosemary Garlic Hamburger Stacks. Sometimes I just eat it with a little sea salt plain.

Easy Guacamole

Avocados are one of the most nutritious foods on the planet. They are packed with tons of vitamins, minerals & fiber.

So I’m sure you are convinced now as to why you should get more avocados in your diet. Not to mention, they are delicious!

Since going AIP, I would make it leaving out the tomato & jalapeno, but recently I have re-introduced tomatoes with luck. Yay Me!!

Easy Guacamole

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 avocados -chopped
  • 1/4-1/3 c. onion – chopped finely -I prefer red if I have it.
  • 1 sm tomato -seeded & chopped (leave out for AIP)
  • a handful of fresh cilantro- chopped or (dried cilantro if you don’t have fresh) Fresh is better!
  • juice of 1 lime or 1 -2 Tbs. of Lime Juice (to taste)
  • sea salt to taste
  • garlic powder to taste (optional)
  • 1 jalapeno- seeded & chopped (leave out for AIP)
